Technical parameters

Storage temperature - 54~71 ℃

Temperature limit - 50~71 ℃; Type 36~39, 520~525. Type 701-705 is - 17~71 ℃; The typical drift value of the set point is less than 1% of the full range when the ambient temperature changes 28 ℃; Less than 2% for E121 and E122;

Enclosure

Aluminum alloy (Max.0.4% copper) die-casting shell; Epoxy resin coating; Gasket sealing; The switches marked with J, C and F have internal set point locking function; For models marked with B, H and E in the front, there is an anti-interference airtight aluminum scale box cover

Aluminum alloy nameplate

Enclosure grade NEMA 4X; 7; 9; IP66; The switch outputs one or two single-pole double-throw (SPDT) outputs; The double switch can be set for * span in the whole range;

Application

When selecting pressure, differential pressure or temperature switches for industrial use, its safety performance should always be considered to protect the safety of equipment and personnel. The 120 series meets UL, CSA, ATEX and other standards, and can meet the certification requirements of many countries and regions. It can be used in explosive areas and environments containing strong corrosive gases to protect the safety of equipment and personnel The 120 series can provide different pressure, differential pressure, vacuum and temperature ranges, as well as different connection modes, different materials and pressure sensing element types. It is precisely because of this flexible selection method that the 120 series is widely used in various places, such as chemical, petroleum, oil refining, oil fields, drilling platforms, oil pipelines, pharmaceutical and other industrial processes

Commissioning method

1. Connect the multimeter to the output wire;

2. Unscrew the screw on the top of the controller;

3. Add the positive and negative pressure difference to 0.15MPa, which can be read from the standard pressure gauge;

4. Loosen the set screw;

5. Use a slotted wrench to turn the hexagonal groove in the set value adjusting screw clockwise to make the set value change from small to large until the switch contact is switched at 0.15 MPa;

6. Adjust the pressure of the calibration table to change up and down at 0.6MPa, and check whether it is 0.15Mpa when the pressure drops. This value is the lower switching value to be set. Its corresponding upper switching value is between 0.16-0.17MPa;

7. Tighten the set screw.

8. Commissioning completed
