1. KCB gear pump is suitable for transporting various oils, such as heavy oil, diesel oil, lubricating oil, and copper gear. It can transport low-liquid, such as gasoline, benzene, etc. The unit also produces stainless steel gear pump for transporting beverages and corrosive liquids.

2. KCB gear pump is not suitable for those containing hard particles or fibers. The suitable viscosity is 5*10-5~1.5*103 m2/s and the temperature is not higher than 70 degrees C. If high temperature liquid is to be transported, please use high temperature resistant gear pump.

II. Working Principle

KCB gear pump is equipped with a pair of rotary gears in the pump body, one active and one passive, depending on the meshing of two gears, the whole working cavity of the pump is divided into two independent parts, the suction chamber and the discharge chamber. When the pump is running, the active gear drives the passive gear to rotate, and when the tooth is meshed to be detached, the part is formed on the suction side. Vacuum, liquid is accessed, the sucked liquid fills the valleys of the gears and is brought to the discharge side. When the gears enter the meshing, the liquid is extruded, forming a high-pressure liquid and discharging out of the pump through the outlet of the pump.
