EVH1-24/T1250-31.5 vacuum circuit breaker is an indoor device with three-phase AC 50Hz and rated voltage of 12 kV. It can be used for control and protection of electrical facilities in industrial and mining enterprises, power plants and substations. This product meets the relevant requirements of GB1984-2003 "High Voltage AC Circuit Breaker", JB3855 "Indoor High Voltage AC Vacuum Circuit Breaker", DL403 "Technical Conditions for Order of 10-35kV Indoor High Voltage Vacuum Circuit Breaker" and IEC62271-100:2001 "High Voltage AC Circuit Breaker".

EVH1-24/T1250-31.5 series indoor high-voltage vacuum circuit breakers can be installed in either handcart switchgear or fixed switchgear. The circuit breaker has the advantages of long service life, simple maintenance, no pollution, no explosion danger and low noise, and is suitable for more harsh working conditions such as frequent operation.


The EVH1-24/T1250-31.5 vacuum circuit breaker lays out the arc extinguishing chamber and the operating mechanism in a common frame, i.e. the integral layout. The structural design can make the operating performance of the operating mechanism more consistent with the performance required for the opening and closing of the arc extinguishing chamber, reduce unnecessary intermediate transmission links, reduce energy consumption and noise, and make the operation of the circuit breaker. The performance is more reliable. EVH1-24/T1250-31.5 indoor high-voltage vacuum circuit breaker can be installed in either handcart switchgear or fixed switchgear.
The main circuit of circuit breaker adopts the structure of vacuum arc extinguishing chamber encapsulated in the insulating pole. The vacuum interrupter is longitudinally sealed in a tubular insulating cylinder, which is cast by epoxy resin. This kind of structure design can not only prevent the vacuum interrupter from being damaged by external factors, but also ensure that the voltage effect can show a high resistance state even in hot and humid environment.
The operating mechanism is an independent spring energy storage type with manual and electric energy storage functions. The operating mechanism is arranged in the chassis in front of the arc extinguishing chamber as a splint structure.
