EVH4-15/T6300-80F type indoor high-voltage alternator circuit breaker is a three-phase AC 50Hz, rated voltage 15kV, rated current 6300A indoor device. It is suitable for installation between generator and boost transformer or between generator and auxiliary transformer of power plant. It can be used for protection and control of generator facilities in power plant. EVH4-15 type indoor high-voltage alternator circuit breaker is a new generation of high-capacity and high-performance product developed by Jitianshui Great Wall Switch Factory Co., Ltd. after decades of experience in the design and manufacture of vacuum circuit breakers.


Model EVH4-15 Vacuum Circuit Breaker for High Electrical Appliance Interruption System
1. The rated current of EVH 4-15/T6300-80 (F) generator outlet vacuum circuit breaker fixed installation under natural air cooling is as high as 6300A, and the rated short circuit breaking current is as high as 80kA.
2. The rated current of EVH 4-15/T5000-63 (F) generator outlet vacuum circuit breaker movable handcart structure under natural air cooling can reach 5500A, and the rated short circuit breaking current can reach 63kA.
3. The main circuit adopts the vacuum arc extinguishing chamber of generator outlet with large climbing distance and longitudinal magnetic field contact structure. A voltage equalizing ring for uniform electric field is designed between the main circuit and the ground.
4. The main circuit of EVH 4-15 generator outlet vacuum circuit breaker adopts pure copper welding structure to reduce the contact resistance brought by assembly structure. The analysis software is used to analyze the current density of the main circuit to make it uniform and the surface area of the radiator.
5. The special GLS spring operating mechanism of EVH series vacuum circuit breaker innovatively designed by our company has stable and reliable mechanical performance.
6. Optimized slider straightening mechanism is adopted in transmission structure to ensure excellent mechanical characteristics and stable mechanical parameters.
