Use and scope: ZQJ type mud remover is one of the three level solid control equipment in oil drilling engineering. 20~100 m cuttings can be separated, thus eliminating the harmful solid in drilling fluid, which is suitable for petroleum drilling technology and widely used in drilling operations.
The working principle of drilling fluid under pressure along the tangential direction into the cyclone, under the action of centrifugal force, large particles with swirl downward, from harmful solid coarse granularity and dense low flow from the lower mouth; fine particles with inner vortex moves upward from the upper overflow pipe has fine size and density small drilling fluid. A large particle with an external swirling flow moves a part of the fine particles and a small portion of the drilling fluid into the shaker. In linear motion, vibration sieve, particles and drilling fluid in hydrocyclone low handle further fractionation of large particles, drying and excluded, so as to achieve the purpose of fine particle separation.
