1.Description
⑴BD Locking ring type tubing elevators are conventional tools to handle the tubing in the oil and gas drilling operation. 
⑵BD Locking ring type tubing elevators series are made from high quality alloy steel, heat-treated and NDT.  And can handle tubing range from 1.9in to 4½EU O.D. Rating loads of Tubing Elevators are 40t (360kN), 65t (585kN), 75t (675kN). All the technical data and property of the elevator conform to API Spec 8C and SY/T 5112.

2.Structural
⑴BD Tubing Elevators are available with two types: single-latch and double-latch. Single-latch type one is equipped one latch assembly in the upper bore, while double-latch type one is equipped two latch assemblies both in the upper and lower bores. The body and ring-latch-lock are mainly to handle tubing.
⑵Ring-latch-lock is fixed in eccentric notch of the body. With handle and M12 flat-ended screw, the state of ring-latch-lock can be range within 110° angle. Compressed spring is fixed in handle, when the handle is pull outwards approximately 8mm, the ring-latch-lock can be rotated, and when the ring-latch-lock is located "open" or "close", the handle can be fit in the position-fix hole.
