1.Description
⑴Side latch bottleneck drill pipe elevator are conventional tools to handle the drill pipes in oil and gas drilling operation.
⑵CDZ side door bottleneck drill pipe elevators are made from high quality alloy steel with both advanced technology and heat treatment, and every elevator is verified by strength test and NDT. They can handle drill pipes from 2⅜EU to 5½IEU O.D. Rating loads of the elevators are 100t(900kN),150t(1350kN),200t(1800kN),250t(2250kN),350t (3150kN),500t (4500kN). 
⑶All the technical data and property conform to the requirements of SY/T 5035 and API Spec 8C.

2.Structural
⑴CDZ bottleneck drill pipe elevator consists of elevator body, door, latch and etc. The door is fitted to the body and can rotary around the hinge pin, the latch is fitted to the body and can rotary around the latch pin. The latch is designed with safety lock pin and link combination, and the lower of latch is designed with auto-return assembly. When the door is opened, the door forces the latch to the close place, and the latch returns to its original position automatically to bolt the door, then the lock latch will shoot into the pin bore to lock tightly. When open the door, grasp the handle of the latch and press the link so that the lock can move outwards approximately 10mm, meanwhile, rotate the handle to a certain angle clockwise and pull the handle of the door, the door can be opened.
⑵To ensure handling drill pipe safely, each elevator is equipped one pair of safety pins. When the elevator link or the Perfection Link ears are engaged with elevator links, the safety pins can assure engagement.
