Brief Introduction:

ZJ70DB Skid mounted drilling rig made by Jereh is self designed and manufactured, as a AC frequency conversion electric drilling rig. The basic parameters, structure, design and manufacture are according with international general specifications, including API, IEC and HSE. Details of major equipments fully reflect the design concept of Health, Safety and Environmental Protection.

The compact skid modular structure is convenient for installation and transportation. It meets the requirement of entire moving structure and cluster well drilling. In addition, the drilling rig requires only a small working space due to its compact configuration.


The drive way of the drilling rig is electrical drive (VFD ).

Mast structure types include A type, K type (telescopic vertical hoisting mast, entire hoisting mast), etc.

The structure types of the substructure include swing-up, sling-shot, box-on-box, and telescoping (The derrick and substructure rises by Drawworks or hydraulic cylinder).

The drilling rig is using hydraulic disc brakes and the dynamic brake.

The drilling rig is designed to work in ambient temperature of -45°C ~+55°C. All the systems and equipments will be designed according to requirements of customer. The drill can adapt to the high temperature, low temperature , desert, or more rain  environment.

  3. Electric, air, and hydraulic system is centrally controlled. Key components are world famous brand.

  4. The design and manufacture of the equipment of the drilling rig are in accordance with the API specification. Finite element analysis and stress inspection test will be conducted for mast which the safty can be guaranteed.

  5. The drilling rigs adopt network and information technology as well as integrated design for the control, monitoring and display of power, air and hydraulics so as to realize intelligent and safe control of the driller.

  6. A standardization and modularization design and various methods of combining the design have been applied in order to increase the universality and exchangeability of the drilling rigs. 

  7. The configurations of the solid control system, well control system, high-pressure pipe manifold system, generator house, pump engine house, doghouse and other auxiliary facilities can meet the different requirements of the end-users.
