Pup joints are made of high quality alloy steel, integrally constructed, forged ended, and featured seamless upset construction, detachable wing union end connections enable fast, easy make-up and break-out of temporary flow lines; such eliminates all welds or threads with uniform bore for greater flow capacity. Pup joints are hydrostatically tested at 1.5 times the rated cold working pressure, and available from 2" to 3" sizes, lengths for pup joints range from 3 feet to 20 feet at 6,000 psi (Code Silver) to 15,000 psi (Code Red), lengths of pup joints for field service are available. These pup joints can handle a complete range of high pressure and abrasive oilfield fluids, integral pup joints can be available with two models, one is plain integral pup joints, another is pup joints with retaining shoulder, integral pup joints with retention shoulder features specially machined shoulder to prevent nut from sliding down pup joints when held vertically.

Pup joints are hydrostatically tested at 1.5 times the rated cold working pressure, and available from 2" to 3" sizes, lengths for pup joints range from 3 feet to 20 feet at non-shock CWP 6,000 psi (Code Silver) to 15,000 psi (Code Red), lengths of pup joints for field service are available. These pup joints can handle a complete range of high pressure and abrasive oilfield fluids.

BW pup joints are made of high quality seamless pipeline with male and female pup joint upset subs and wing union nut, two upset subs are welded to pup joint pipeline, wing union end connections enable fast, easy make-up and break-out of temporary flow lines. Pup joints are hydrostatically tested at 1.5 times the rated cold working pressure and MPI inspected, and available size is 4", lengths for pup joints are available at field service at non-shock CWP 5,000 psi. BW pup joints can be used in mud manifolds.
