purpose


SZJ-X workover multi-parameter instrument is a parameter instrument designed and manufactured by our company for workover rig. It measures and shows the changes of various parameters of workover rig during operation, and helps drillers to master the working state of workover rig.


The system is composed of PC/104 embedded computer and touch LCD, driller display platform, CAN bus node box and sensor.






System characteristics


1. Small size, high integration, convenient installation, strong applicability.


2. The modular structure design is realized, which is easy to expand and can configure various parameters according to user's needs.


3. With PC/104 embedded computer as the core, data acquisition and processing are carried out with high reliability.


4. The monitoring software can collect, display and store all kinds of parameters in real time, and set the alarm threshold of relevant parameters to realize acoustooptic alarm.


5. Touch LCD display is adopted, which has good man-machine dialogue operation and visual effect.


6. All kinds of data can be transmitted to the base command center through GPRS, real-time monitoring of the field work.


7. All parts of the system are connected by CAN bus. It is easy to install, debug and maintain on site.


8. It has good stability, strong anti-interference ability and can be used for a long time without fault.
