purpose


SZJ-II drilling multi-parameter instrument is designed and manufactured by our company for supporting drilling rigs. It is mainly used for measuring and displaying the variation of various parameters during drilling operation, and helping drillers to master the working state of drilling rigs.


The system is composed of sensors, bus nodes, drill display unit (including PC104 embedded computer, touch LCD) and computer terminal of the leader's office.






System characteristics


1. The modular structure design is realized, which is easy to expand and can configure various parameters according to user's needs.


2. With PC/104 embedded computer as the core, data acquisition and processing are carried out with high reliability.


3. Front-end monitoring software can directly collect and process 30 parameters, derive more than 20 parameters, and set the alarm threshold of relevant parameters to achieve acousto-optic alarm.


4. The monitoring software realizes the humanized design, and the driller can choose the interface of instrument simulation, data display and curve display independently according to his personal habits.


5. TFT large-screen touch LCD display is adopted, which has good man-machine dialogue operation and visual effect.


6. Background monitoring software can real-time monitor, sound and light alarm, remote display, real-time display, storage and printing of various parameter reports and curves.


7. All parts of the system are connected by CAN bus. It is easy to install and debug on site, and easy to maintain.


8. The system has wide operating voltage range, good stability, strong anti-interference ability, and can be used without fault for a long time.


9. The whole system is anticorrosive and safe.
