SDZ3000 drilling parameter monitor is a drilling instrument developed independently by our company. It uses embedded industrial control technology, industrial field bus technology and computer communication technology to serve the field of drilling instrument. It is the preferred drilling instrument for the integration of DC electric drilling rig and AC digital variable frequency electric drilling rig. It can monitor drilling parameters such as finger weight, drilling pressure, pump impulse 1/2/3, riser pressure, tail rope pulling force of lifting tongs, rotating speed of turntable, turntable torque, mud return at wellhead, cumulative pump impulse, mud tank volume, mud overflow/leakage, H2S, flammable gas, mechanical drilling rate, drilling time, well depth, large rope work, etc.


Constitution and characteristics:


The instrument adopts LCD digital display screen, which can be divided into two display panels and three display panels (SDZ3000-2 and SDZ3000-3), and can be integrated in driller's room or suspended in explosion-proof box on drilling platform. Advanced technology, stable performance, easy operation and maintenance. LCD display has good resistance to high and low temperature and stability under long-term operation.


The monitor mainly consists of display instrument, sensor, data acquisition and processing unit, embedded industrial computer, background workstation, power supply system and acquisition and processing software.


Backstage uses industrial control computer as workstation to realize remote monitoring of drilling site and display the changes of drilling parameters synchronously; in operation, the workstation realizes unattended operation and does not need repeated calibration, debugging and modification after configuration is completed; in order to display parameters with digital, curve and analog instruments, it supports the free switching of Chinese, English and Russian versions; it can store, playback and print each version. Parameter curve and report forms; backup, recovery and clearance of storage database; network function, supporting client-server mode, multi-display output through small local area network to meet different monitoring needs of drilling engineers and drilling supervision respectively; dual hot backup function to effectively guarantee drilling data security.


The system adopts explosion-proof, electromagnetic interference-proof, dust-proof, waterproof and anti-vibration design, and industrial fieldbus technology. It can set sound and light alarm for drilling parameters in front and back stage (drilling platform and engineer's room), which can run stably in complex drilling operation site.
