SDZ2000B drilling parameter instrument is a small parameter instrument designed for small drilling rigs and workover rigs. It can monitor and display 2 to 10 drilling parameters according to user's needs. It is convenient, flexible, targeted and meets user's individual needs.


Constitution and characteristics:


SDZ2000B is mainly composed of display case, data acquisition and processing box (DAQ unit), sensor, background workstation, power supply system and special processing software.


In the drilling room (front desk) of the parametric instrument director, the LCD display table box is used; the data acquisition is carried out through DAQ unit, the system structure is compact and modular design; the background adopts integrated computer workstation to record/process data, realizes remote monitoring and synchronously displays the changes of drilling parameters; and the storage database can be backed up, restored and cleaned up.


The display case is made of stainless steel, which can be suspended and installed on the derrick opposite the driller, or in the driller's room or in front of the driller's brake. It can centrally display the variation of drilling parameters. Drillers can timely understand and master drilling conditions and equipment operation.


The system adopts explosion-proof, electromagnetic interference-proof, dust-proof, waterproof and anti-vibration design, and industrial field bus technology to alarm the exceeding parameters, which can run steadily in the complex drilling operation site.
