SDZ2000 drilling parameter monitor is a drilling instrument integrated with electronic technology, computer technology and communication technology. It is suitable for electric drilling rig, mechanical drilling rig, offshore platform and workover rig. It can monitor drilling parameters such as hook suspension weight, turntable torque, riser pressure, tail rope tension of tongs, pump impulse 1/2/3, turntable speed and mud return at wellhead.


Constitution and characteristics:


SDZ2000 is mainly composed of a watch-head display screen, data acquisition and processing box (DAQ unit), sensors, background workstation, power supply system and special processing software.


The display mode of the instrument adopts the head type display screen, which can be integrated in the driller's room console or embedded in an independent display instrument platform. The structure is simple, compact and adaptable. The data acquisition box can be installed in the electric control room or the driller's offset room according to the site conditions. Power supply system includes industrial switching power supply and uninterruptible power supply (online UPS).


Background data is processed by industrial control computer as workstation to realize remote monitoring and display the changes of drilling parameters synchronously. It has the functions of analog, digital and curve display, switching between Chinese and English, storing, playback, printing curve and report forms, and setting alarm for each parameter.


The system adopts explosion-proof, electromagnetic interference-proof, dust-proof, waterproof, anti-vibration design and industrial field bus technology, which can run stably in complex drilling operation site.
