SDZ1000-2 drilling parameter instrument is designed for electric drilling rig, mechanical drilling rig and workover rig. It can monitor drilling parameters such as hook suspension weight, turntable torque, riser pressure, tail rope tension of tongs, pump impulse 1/2/3, turntable speed and mud return at wellhead.


Constitution and characteristics:


SDZ1000-2 is composed of instrument display box (display table), industrial precision switching power supply, sensor, backstage workstation, hydraulic pipeline and cable connection accessories. On the instrument display box, there are various parameters of the meter head, built-in signal conversion processing module, and industrial switching power supply provides DC regulated power supply for the drill table meter head, sensors and modules.


The model parameter meter is displayed by an independent pointer-type electric meter head on the driller's rig. Its modular design has the characteristics of simple structure, convenient installation and maintenance, stable performance, economy and practicability. In the drilling engineer's room (backstage), the integrated computer workstation is used to record and process data, display the changes of drilling parameters synchronously, display the parameters by digital, curve and analog table. The interface can be easily switched between Chinese, English and Russian, and can store, replay and print the curves and reports of drilling parameters, so that the technicians of the well team can realize remote monitoring of key drilling. The instrument box body is made of stainless steel. It can be mounted in the driller's room or in front of the driller's brake handle. It can also be mounted on the derrick opposite the driller. It can centrally display the variation of drilling parameters.
